Cowon Q5W Flash enabled portable media player

Korean manufacturer Cowon recently announced that its Q5W portable media player will be available for the American market. This PMP runs windows CE, has Wi-Fi and a touch screen interface. Q5W comes with Flash 7 pre-installed. I think this is the first Cowon device to support Flash. Cowon seems to associate Flash with both web browsing and games capability.

OpenSL ES Interview with Nathan Charles from Khronos Group

Gamesondeck.com recently published my interview with Nathan Charles from the Khronos group, regarding the new OpenSL ES sound api specification for mobile devices such as phones and personal media players. Khronos is the organization behind the industry standard OpenGL graphics api specification.
